At Januba Dates, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, here's how our return and refund process works.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have already been opened or used, or that were damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team by email or phone with your order number and a short description of the issue. If the product arrived damaged or defective, please attach a photo so we can resolve it quickly.

 

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds are issued within 7-14 business days.
